Summary

Add Cardano Constitution on https://cardano.org/constitution/ that fetches current constitution and also shows a history of all constitutions. In case anything goes wrong with the fetch a local copy of the version ratified at epoch 541 (enacted at epoch 542) will be shown.

Add Cardano Events page on https://cardano.org/events/ that shows the next upcoming Cardano branded events and gives an option to show past events with a recap video.
