Carla-sumo variable message sign

Hello. Does anyone know if it is possible to have a variable message sign in the carla map which displays the same speed limits as those enforced on the sumo map by the variable speed limit regulator (in a carla sumo co-simulation)? Also, does somebody know if there is a variable message sign prop in Roadrunner, or do I have to add it later in UE (and is there one in UE at all, or do I have to model one myself)? Alternatively, if such an option isn't possible, does anyone know if the carla actors will respect the sumo speed limits (which are bound to links)?
