This PR is the fourth of a series that implement breaking changes to fully standardize the roiextractors api and update/streamline the testing suite. Some of the main goals include
This PR refactors extraction_tools.py into a subpackage with importing.py, plotting.py testing.py and typing.py modules. Various unused/unnecessary testing tools are removed, and some segmentation helper functions are moved to segmentationextractor.py.
