This pull request introduces a (very) small addition to the
app/controller.xqland a (minimal)robots.txt. The change to the controller is necessary to serve the includedrobots.txt. Our local datacenter informed us, that the current influx of bot-/crawler-/request-spam against public infrastructure also targets the pessoa application. To minimise the requests by "controllable" bots, we were asked to implement at least a minimal
robots.txtfor a couple of projects, which are under heavy load by those spam-requests.
