seems latest kwin-git fails without python ( seems there is a kwin effect that needs it )
add python to make depends
Latest build fails without wayland-protocols >= 1.25 dependency. Tested manually and builds properly
fix latest build dependency
its been integrated into kwin: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/b64f95b703e101d60369a15a0588fe104be646a8
kwin does not need kwayland-server
