If you kill a Bubble Tea app before it finishes,
by for example prematurely exitting the debugger, it leaves the cursor hidden.
To fix this run `reset` (clears terminal) or
`printf '\033[!p' && stty sane` (doesn't clear terminal) after the debugger has stopped.

### Logging Stuff

You can’t really log to stdout with Bubble Tea because your TUI is busy
