Gaps:

• SPDM IV generation comes from HKDF-Expand. This is not supported yet by Caliptra:

IV = HKDF-Expand(major-secret, bin_str6, iv_length);

• ML-KEM: not possible in 2.0 without a software implementation
• Mutual authentication: should be possible in firmware. See Do we have plan for SPDM Mutual Authentication #215
