a simple css loader for the bar chart graphs.
after forking, run
npm install
And then open index.html in the browser.
run npm run sass or npm run scss based on your preference.
The loader will appear. It will be centered and will have a background. you can change the colors width, height, margin or even the line count based on your preference.
