Upgrade to poetry 2.0 and adds scripts registration

Hello,
I just attempted at installing yatter with pipx, but could not use it since the CLI was not registered.

With this change, it could be used like:

pipx install yatter
yatter -i path_to_input_yarrrml.yml -o path_to_rdf_mapping.ttl [-f R2RML]
yatter -i path_to_input_rdf_mapping.ttl -o path_to_output_yarrrml.yml [-f R2RML]
