The Connections Spoke is designed to work with sites that aggregate content using the Connection Hub. It provides contact and synchronization information that the Connections Hub (see: Connections Hub) uses to synchronize content from multiple spoke sites into a single hub site.

The Connections Hub plugin enables a "connection" post type that is designed to connect with sites that have the Connections Spoke plugin enabled and synchronize whatever content the spoke site has specified.

Installation

  1. Extract the Connections Spoke files to a folder within the WordPress plugins folder.
  2. For spoke sites, navigate to the site's plugin page and activate the Connections Spoke plugin.

Connections Options

The Connections Spoke activated a Connections Options admin page. This page has settings for specify which post to use for hub synchronization. This page also has settings for specifying contact information

Contact Information Widget

The Connections Spoke Contact Information widget uses the contact information specified in the Connections Options admin page. Changes made to the contact information in the widget are automatically updated in the admin page and vice versa
