Creates self-signed certificates - Root, Server and Client
- Creates the pvk, cer and pfx certificate files for Root, Server and Client.
- This utility does not install the certificates to any Certificate Store.
- The location of pvk2pfx tool could differ based on the installed Windows Kit.
- To install the Windows Kit, add the "Desktop development with C++" workload to Visual Studio. Refer the following screenshot:
