styling different calendars

Would it be possible to style events differently depending on which calendar they came from? I'm thinking of displaying them in different colours, but if there were some sort of tag that made them visible to css that would open many possibilities. At the moment it's not immediately obvious in my setup whether an event comes from my calendar or my wife's or something external and it would be nice if it were.
