We want to move the functionality from https://github.com/cloudflare/containers into the runtime. Given all of that is in javascript already it would be nice to be able to implement ContainerEntrypoint (or whatever this ends up being) in javascript too. Also it would make it easier for people (me, sandboxes team) to contribute.
The changes in src/cloudflare/workers.ts seem to do that?
