This is an experimental tool that I had claude help generate. It enables starting with a webidl definition of an interface and using it to generate h/c++ stub definitions that match. While this likely would have been more helpful years ago, it's a nice tool to have when stubbing out new APIs. Draft since it's really just experimental at this point to see if it's something we'd want.
The actual tool and the examples were entirely generated by claude with guidance.
