This PR adds the list of proton and nuclear PDF sets to be used in PbPb Run 3 MC production using Powheg and MadGraph5. The nuclear PDFs are present in the latest LHAPDF sets (6.5.X).
Requires PR8924
Tested locally using el7 for POWHEG and el8/el9 for MADGRAPH.
