Proposed changes

The following update provides some new options for the user, so that he may create a report with more than 10.000 issues. With this option activated, the whole repository is parsed and the requests for defects are made and grouped to always stay under 10K. The result(s) are then aggregated as one final report. The usage of this option is contained within the README.md file of the repository.
