Removed support for legacy PHP features, in order to get rid of the warnings triggered by PHP compatibility checker tools.
$HTTP_SERVER_VARS.safe_modesetting.I tested each modified class, and they work fine after the changes. Of course, I would welcome some help in performing more testing, before merging the changes with the master branch (the more eyes on the code, the better). 😄
