Clarifies WAIT command docs to specify acknowledgment of all previous write commands and updates completion/response wording accordingly.

  • Update stage_descriptions/replication-16-my8.md:
    • Define WAIT as checking replicas that acknowledged all previous write commands.
    • Align argument description and example explanation with this semantics.
  • Update stage_descriptions/replication-18-na2.md:
    • Specify completion when required replicas have acknowledged all previous write commands.
    • Clarify that returned value is the count of replicas acknowledging all previous writes.
