Dynamic Links + Improved Rich Text Editing

This release comes with two major changes

• A separate rich text editor package @courselit/rich-text which can be used by other projects.
• Dynamic navigation links for header and footer areas.
  • Header links are fully integrated.
  • Footer links can be created but won't be displayed (work in progress).
