New workflow to push to gitea and change links to gitea

This workflow runs on any push to Main and changes all 'https://raw\.githubusercontent\.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/' links to 'https://git.community-scripts.org/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/raw/branch/'.
