Summary

Changes to recipe: vulkan-memory-allocator/3.3.0

Motivation

The new releases come with more functions and Vulkan 1.4 support.

Details

This just adds the latest version. The patches aren't needed for this one, as they are already included upstream.
I haven't tested this on GCC 15.

Tested on GCC 12: build log

Please remember to mirror this change in the config.yml, thanks :)

Thanks, I missed that.

What is the config.yml actually for? I believe we have mostly gibberish in those in our downstream packages, so I have no idea what they are used for.
