This PR is in a series of PR meant to add Collision support to Pinocchio (https://conan.io/center/recipes/pinocchio)

Details

Current version of qhull is not supported by coal (https://conan.io/center/recipes/coal?version=3.0.1)
This adds the latest version 8.1-alpha6 to conan

The subsequent PR #29186 includes this dependency into coal

You will need to also add an entry in config.yml file for this to be mergeable.

Seeing the release cadence of upstream, and that the alpha version have not been marked as a rc, I think it's ok to add the tag as a prerelease

Thanks for the quick reply. I've updated the config.yml. Could you please point me to where I should add the pre-release tag?
