Changes

• Add newest patch: dfleury2/beauty@1.0.6...1.0.7
• Remove old patches
• Remove unnecessary conan V1 code
• Remove upper bound CMake tool-require
• Removed dead code (conditional to previous patches)
• Updated boost version range to match upstream conanfile.py
• Added missing BEAUTY_STATIC_DEFINE public defined in https://github.com/dfleury2/beauty/blob/master/src/CMakeLists.txt#L63 (kudos to @uilianries)
• Added a patch proposed in MacOS compilation error when dynamically linking dfleury2/beauty#62 which easily enables apple-clang shared compilations; thus, the previous restriction has been removed
• Waiting also to Windows compilation error when dynamically linking dfleury2/beauty#63

Marked this PR as Draft, will wait some time to see if upstream project decides to integrate proposed patch and release a new version.
