Remove community flag from version string

Until the atlas SDK supports correctly parsing the community flag from the version string (cf. ariga/atlas-go-sdk#66), this allows this feedstock's build to be used with the Atlas Terraform provider. This change does not change the license of the binary, it only emits inaccurate metadata as an intermediate fix.

Checklist

• Used a personal fork of the feedstock to propose changes
• Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
• Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)
• Re-rendered with the latest conda-smithy (Use the phrase @conda-forge-admin, please rerender in a comment in this PR for automated rerendering)
• Ensured the license file is being packaged.
