<WIP> Blog post starting code

Summary

This pull request is the first step towards the blog post feature. The work for this feature will entail both backend routes and database designs in addition to frontend development. So far, most of the backend work has been completed.

• Implemented creation, deletion, and update routes
• Designed database scheme
• Implement additional routes
• Complete frontend

Test Plan

To test out the routes, postman will be used to create test cases which can be tested out in a testable environment.

Breaking Changes

• Database schema change (anything that changes Firestore collection structure)
• Other change that could cause problems (Detailed in notes)
