Summary

Fix to extract TAR related archives. (e.g. *.tar.gz, *.tar.bz2, *.tar.xz, ...)
Fix to extract multi-volume archives.
Add the UTF-8 option when creating ZIP archives.
Add the XZ option in the context menu. (shellex)
