Situation

Due to global Internet failures on Oct 29, 2025, the domain related to https://packages.microsoft.com/ was unreachable, causing unrecoverable build failures in CI which in turn prevented releasing any Cypress Docker image updates.

Change

This PR contains only an empty commit, since there have been no underlying Node.js / browser / Cypress version updates published since yesterday.

Merging this PR into the master branch should cause all tests to be re-run and then for new cypress/factory, cypress/browsers and cypress/included images to be published.

Empty commit to trigger republishing of packages with Node.js 24.11.0
