Prepare Release 0.2.0 and fix small issues found while testing installation, updating etc.

  • update documentation in README
  • change all copier yes/no questions to use bool type
  • make gen-project a visible command (it is shown with just --list)
  • fixed jinja escaping in docs-preview-action
  • fixed copier migration & just migration recipe
  • update list of files/dirs to ignore on updates ("skip_if_exists" in copier.yaml)
  • made python test in example project more general.
