The PR adds a CHANGELOG.md file covering all releases of "linkml-project-copier". The idea is to have this is an addition to the auto-generated release notes by GitHub.
Having a curated more structured CHANGELOG.md as high-level overview is considered good practice. In contrast to the GitHub-release notes, the CHANGELOG.md file can be easily embedded into a (future) documentation.
