nopCommerce Plugin to enable advanced search of Orders, Emails and Products from Admin Search bar

Installation:

1. Build in VS. (i have not created an installable package.)
2. Copy output to nop Plugins folder
3. restart nop to refresh plugin list
4. install plugin from local plugins list and restart nop
5. go to https://examplestore.com/Admin/Widget/List
6. enable widget:
