In theory if I copied and pasted correctly, this will run on every PR, and Commit to the master branch. It will attempt to push the project to nuget every time you create a new tag.
To successfully push to Nuget, set the
<Version>property in the .csproj and in the repo settings, in the Secrets area addNUGET_API_KEYsecret with the API Key from Nuget.
