2.0.0 - Enlighten v4 API

This is the initial release to support the Enlighten v4 API (https://developer-v4.enphase.com/docs.html) as the v2 API will be retired in Jan 2023. This release didn't add any functionality and was a 1 for 1 port to the new v4 API. This release also has some known limitations due to the Enlighten API poor auth support & documentation.

Additional releases may follow that extend the existing functionality with new routes the v4 API provide. For now, this release was to quickly get the v4 API supported since the v2 API retirement is quickly approaching.

This release is for the Enlighten v2 API, which will be retired early 2023. This release is to provide a historical copy of the v2 API before the repository is upgraded to use the new Enlighten v4 API.
