这个项目是基于python3和tornado来写的inception的web 有几个需要注意： 1.inception不支持mycat 2.mycat的原生审核工具不如inception 3.pymysql如果使用在inception中使用必须要修改相应的代码 4.inception中的目标库和备份库不能再同一台服务器的同一个端口上 5.这个web是基于tornado写的，web界面是借鉴了我star的lihuidba的代码 6.这个还加了一些mycat常用的工具，也是自己写的 还有就是删除了部分js和css
