What changes are proposed in this pull request?

Updated the default values for

  • Embedding model to databricks-gte-large-en (Because in EU ther is no bge available)
  • Search similarity threshold -> given there is not cosine similarity, 0.1 is too restrictive with gte model
  • Changed ann to hybrid
