Cette PR est un gros refacto du projet, afin de le convertir un peu plus en Package.

Tu peux essayer en utilisant la commande :

hatch run serve:prod

À faire

  • refacto des scripts de pre-processing des données RTE
  • comprendre pourquoi il y a un shift de quelque minutes / heures entre les données météo et les données RTE ????
  • Entrainer les modèle de forecast sur les données horaires plutôt que les données journalières
  • afficher la prévision de la consommation sur le dashboard
  • Créer de la Doc avec Sphinx, et ajouter l'action GitHub pour l'héberger en page statique
  • Documenter toutes les fonctions
