Added the list of required prerequisites to install before installing dbt core or fusion.

What are you changing in this pull request and why?

This is a list of dependencies that is required on your system to setup dbt core or fusion with a connection to BigQuery.
While setup dbt core for the first time I had to figure these from scratch and I think it would definitely be helpful to others.
Feel free to re-word/re-phrase it.
