The Problem/Issue/Bug:

Resolves issue #379

How this PR Solves the Problem:

Raise platformVersion to 2024.3
Minor code adaptations to match current function signatures

Manual Testing Instructions:

./gradlew build
Install resulting build/distributions/ddev-intellij-plugin-0.0.1-dev.zip
Test functionality in PhpStorm / IntelliJ

Fyi, here you find other changes that should/need to be done when upgrading for a new IDE release: #388
The versions of the plugins that are not bundled need to match the IDE version used for testing and building.
Gradle should be upgraded. Sometimes Gradle and Java updates are required to stay compatible with the Intellij Gradle Plugin.
