This plugin lets you create Events for your WordPress site. In addition, each event includes:

* Non-timed events
* Timed events:
** Starting date and time
** Ending date and time
** Status: past, now or future
* Location
* Link to Google Maps
* New custom taxonomy to sort event types, like "party", "meeting" or "presentation"

== How to install ==

This is a mu-plugin
 
1. Download it (https://github.com/decodekult/ek-events/downloads)
2. Unzip it into a folder on your hard drive
3. Upload the files 'ek-events.php' & 'event.css' and the folder '/img' to your '/wp-content/mu-plugins' folder (create it if it doesn't exist)
4. Enjoy
