(17:24) <tfr42>There have been issues reported that deegree needs external dependencies, such as references to OSGeo repo.
(17:25) <tfr42>The GH action is building without any proxy or cache from scratch.
(17:27) <tfr42>Seems to be an issue related to an internal "settings.xml" which uses a mirror or so. deegree requires at least OSGeo repo and geotools. Additionally for oracle private 3rd party libs are required. These are not public.
