With the plethora of parser-generators (Agree, PET, ACE, LKB), there is a call to unify configuration files, since they are largely the same. Agree already works with either PET or LKB config files, while ACE and PET have their own formats.

This RFC should define the components necessary for ACE or PET (or other?) configurations (perhaps in tabular format), and ultimately define a unified configuration file format.
