  • Remediate all discovered failed submissions

  • Send action needed emails for failed claim submissions and evidence uploads (applies to 686 and COE)

  • In this milestone we focus on remediation and notifications to the Veteran with failed submissions.

  • Engineering audits all current emails sent our per form

  • Engineering and design collaborate to understand all failure points and remediation user action pathways per form

  • Design determines how many failure email versions need to be made and map each type back to failure point (e.g. evidence fail or full claim loss).

  • Design updates email templates ensuring clear error and remediation next steps for each error type (get CAIA review if we have questions)

  • Dené Gabaldón to review

  • Coordinate with VANotify and submit to privacy review (tbd)

  • Update product guide for call center if needed
