WIP for now, still got a long way to go before this works

The idea behind this PR is that we parse selective downloads from the same files the EGL uses, removing the need for api.legendary.gl/v1/sdl/... requests & manual updates of that endpoint. Parsing of sdmeta files will eventually be done with the help of https://github.com/imLinguin/epic-expreval, meaning we'll also support differentiating between SDL tags based on the game version
