Collecticons processor

The changes should follow Semver.
Deployment npm:
- Automatically deployed to npm by travis upon tag creation.

IMPORTANT: Before tagging ensure that tag version matches version in package.json

Collecticons library

The changes should follow Semver.
Deployment bower:
- No deployment. Bower fetches the last git tag.

IMPORTANT: Before tagging ensure that tag version matches version in bower.json

Deployed to gh pages by travis.
