This is necessary when sbin is used in a program that depends on, e.g., mir-core 1.7. `TaggedType` was removed in mir-core 1.3: libmir/mir-core@3076fa33

By removing patch information from dependency versions,
dub upgradeallows minor version upgrades. These, following semantic versioning, should be backward compatible and thus be allowed. This resolves version conflicts for projects that depend onsbinand higher minor versions of its dependencies.Also support the latest compilers.
TaggedTypewas removed in mir-core 1.3.0: libmir/mir-core@3076fa33.
