Windows services monitoring tool

This monitoring tool is used to monitor windows services that are mentioned in the script. When the mentioned service is down the tool is get triggered and sends an email for every 10 minutes.

When the service is back to active state the tool sends a "resolved mail" and keeps on monitoring in the background.

This tool eases the work of system administrator in monitoring critical services in windows.
