Some streams have gateways (e.g. via nginx) and thus dont have shoutcast in server header or x-powered-by or icy-notice-1 Check them by assuming they are old servers to be most compatible

This also bumps the version to 0.0.2 so that people who want the old Python 2 version can use 0.0.1
