live-usb-maker-qt-21.7 appimage Pre-release

Updated and tested on
ubuntu 20.04
Debian 11.
Fedora 35
manjaro 21.1

Does not work on solus 4.3 at this time.

Download the zip file containing the AppImage, extract to a folder, enter that folder, and use

run with "sudo ./live-usb-maker-qt-21.11.glibc2.28-x86_64.AppImage"

to run the app.

Not all features have been tested, but making a basic "full featured" MX/antiX live-usb works ok.

Tested on fedora, manjaro, pclinuxos and ubuntu.

Pre-release

Pre-release of appimage for the live-usb-maker system from antiX/MX, based on the antiX live-usb-maker tool and the mx-live-usb-maker gui frontend, renamed live-usb-maker-qt to be distro agnostic.

The tool can make a regular image-on-a-stick type live-USB (good for non antiX/MX family isos, dd is used, but with some sanity and safety checks) or if the users has an antiX/MX-family iso, it can be used to create a "full-featured" live-USB with all the persistence and other features of the antiX live-USB system (Works with Official Release isos as well as snapshots).

Tested on ubuntu 16.04
