Description:

This pull request adds a new stablecoin entry to the Solana stablecoins model. The change is minor and simply updates the list of recognized stablecoins.

• Added the CASH stablecoin (symbol: CASH, address: CASHx9KJUStyftLFWGvEVf59SGeG9sh5FfcnZMVPCASH) as a fiat-backed stablecoin issued by CASH to the tokens_solana_stablecoins.sql model.

Name field uses token symbol instead of issuer

The name field for the CASH token entry uses 'CASH' (the token symbol) instead of the issuer name. According to the schema, the name field contains "The name of the issuer or protocol of the stablecoin". All other entries follow this convention using issuer names like 'Circle', 'Tether', 'Paxos'. For Phantom Cash (issued by Phantom wallet), the value likely should be 'Phantom' rather than the token symbol.
