This version contains the following major updates:
- All adjustable parameters are in the user_defined_parameters.py for different cases.
- Utilities to use the code are simplified to create.newcase, case.setup, and case.submit.
- netCDF format is adopted for output.
- Python-based post-processing utilities are developed to convert netCDF results to plots and movies.
- EQquasi can stop at any time slice and restart from that time slice.
- EQquasi is verified against BP5 of SEAS. The example code compset bp-5-2000 is tested.
- Rough fault geometry is implemented and works for one earthquake cycle.
- Normal stress evolution is implemented following Shi and Day (2013).
