crypto primitives substituting openssl
added temporary ldadd zstd and stdc++
returns a general error to be investigater, argument handling should
be ok now
correct parsing of attributes from lua
this will make it easier to extend structures, carry metadata (as with
zkspec along the circuit) and check incoming arguments for validity
instantiates an octet around an existing buffer without copying it

it gets free'd later by the gc according to reference count

adopt o_push in longfellow code for proof buffer
helps to check input when ISO 8601 date strings are expected
now when the prover of verifier fail for legit reasons (not an
internal error, but a witness mismatch or non-verifying proof) there
is no system error, but a nil returned
also added a push_string_to_octet facility function
circuit creation, proof creation and verification all works on a mdoc
based on examples
